2 cups per day. HOW TO MAKE DETOX TEA: Put 2 tablespoons of herbs in 20 ounces of distilled water. Let soak overnight. In the morning, bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and drink warm. If you are drinking more tea tomorrow, do not discard used herbs. Put used herbs back into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs and 20 ouncess of distilled water. Let sit overnight and repeat whole process. Used herbs last for up to 3 days.
